Goodluck Jonathan’s decision to st up an advisory committee for the
convocation of a National Conference.“The coming together of Nigeria started in Calabar but was an accidental and forced marriage by the colonial rulers. What the president has done is what many Nigerians including some of us; the traditional rulers have been calling for, for a long time. I welcome it on-behalf of my subjects and I pray that something good comes out of it that will make Nigeria a better place for us all,” he said.
A woman appeared in the Meadowlands Magistrate’s Court after cutting off her boyfriend’s penis, Gauteng police said on Monday.
The woman caught her boyfriend with another woman on Sunday and ordered them to strip naked, said Constable Sibusiso Chauke.
“It is alleged that the woman took out the knife and cut off her boyfriend’s penis,” said Chauke.
