Bowen University Students To Start Wearing School Uniform & Sandals (See Undertaking)

Just after the riot in BOWEN University Iwo, the university administration has asked students to sign an undertaking which includes accepting all punishments meted to them like cutting grass and also comply to wearing uniform and sandals.
